IRS Confirms Delay of Nondiscrimination Rules for Fully Insured Health Plans

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires non-grandfathered fully insured health plans to satisfy nondiscrimination rules regarding eligibility to participate in the plan and eligibility for benefits.
