We will strive to be the premier consulting
firm to the employee benefit marketplace. To be the industry leader,
our goal is a complete understanding of our clients’ unique
circumstances, including workforce makeup, fiscal constraints, benefit
objectives, and management philosophies.
Once we understand our clients’ needs and objectives our mission
is to design, implement and service a tailor made benefit delivery
system that focuses on attracting and retaining quality employees,
while continually addressing our client’ concerns.
The Creative Benefit Solutions professional consulting
team is
accompanied by a world class, highly motivated and service intensive
support
staff of 12 dedicated employees.
Gregory
J. Liposky, ChFC, CLU, President
With over 20 years experience in the Financial Services and
Insurance Industry and founder of Creative Benefit Solutions,
in 1987, Greg specializes in Employee Benefit Delivery Systems
for companies of all sizes and industries. “My top priority
is to assist our clients in meeting the global challenge of
cost containment for health and welfare plans. We accomplish
this by delivering proprietary and creative funding strategies,
consistent review of cutting edge alternatives while providing
significantly value added service systems.” Greg is a
Graduate of Michigan State University in 1985 - Broad College
of Business with a BA in Finance, and currently serves on The
Michigan State Detroit Area Development Council. Industry affiliations
include memberships in the Society Of Financial Service Professional
and The National Association Of Insurance And Financial Advisors.
Daniel J. Laginess, CPA
is a graduate of Michigan State
University where he received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting
in March 1989. Dan was an active CPA in two large public accounting
firms from 1989 - 1998, Plante and Moran, LLP and Deloitte
& Touch, LLP. Dan has been providing financial and advisory
services to corporate and individual clients in the greater
Detroit area for over 10 years.
Laurie
A. Sall
Laurie Sall has over 25 years experience
in the insurance and financial services business. She is a
member of the Greater Detroit Association of Life Underwriters.
Laurie serves as a Board Member of the Michigan Hispanic Chamber
of Commerce, the Michigan Hispanic Fund, and the Kresge Eye
Institute. Laurie is also a member of the Hispanic Advisory
Board for DTE Energy. Laurie specializes in innovative insurance
and employee benefit solutions for companies of all sizes
and in many diverse industries.
Rick
Gregor, CPA
Rick Gregor has over 20 years experience
in the financial services and insurance industry. Rick is
a Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration
Graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and is a Certified
Public Accountant. Rick is a member of the American Institute
of CPA’s, The Michigan Association of CPA’s and
both the Greater Detroit Association of Life Underwriters
and National Association of Life Underwriters.
Michael
P. Witzke, JD, ChFC,CLU
Mr. Witzke is a past president of the Financial
Planning Association of Michigan, a member of the National
Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and serves on the Planned
Giving Advisory Committee of Wayne State University. He is
a Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant
and is a frequent lecturer and writer on many areas of personal
and business planning. Mr. Witzke is a member of the Probate
and Estate Planning and Taxation Sections of the State Bar
of Michigan; the Financial and Estate Planning Council of
Metropolitan Detroit; the National Association of Insurance
and Financial Advisors; and is a frequent lecturer for ICLE
on estate planning.
